There were 200+ delegates and clergy who enjoyed a wonderful BBQ dinner and message from Rev. Martha Forrest. Rev. George Freeman on behalf of the United Methodist Men presented the G. Ross Freeman Award to Rev. Lee Pendleton in recognition of his efforts in promoting and supporting Men's Ministry at Bethel UMC in College Park.

Enjoy a fine BBQ dinner in Athens following the conclusion of the North Georgia Annual Conference hosted by the United Methodist Men of the North Georgia Conference. Our guest speaker is Rev. Martha H. Forrest, retired pastor of the North Georgia Conference. Rev. Forrest served many churches in North Georgia and District Superintendent of the Altanta College Park District. Dinner is open to everyone, so come to Athens to join your pastor and delegates for an exciting evening.
