Super Mission Saturday
This event was help on Saturday Feb 23, 2008 at Marietta First United Methodist Church with attendence of men and women from across North Georgia. Jeannine Brabon, Seminar Professor and leader of the Bellavista Prison Ministry in Colombia, South America, our keynote speaker, presented dynamic messages and the 12 mission workshops were enjoyed by all in attendance. Music for morning worship provided by One Accord of Roswell and afternoon congregational singing lead by John Yoder & Walt Boyd accompanied by Eric Owen.

The United Methodist Men of the North Georgia Conference are coordinating an exploratory mission for a team of about eight people who are willing to respond to this modern-day Macedonian call.

2007 Bishop's Scouting Dinner
On October 21, 2007 approximately 200 people were present to enjoy dinner and fellowship celebrating the leaders of Scouting and Youth ministires within North Georgia. Special thanks to Bishop G. Lindsey Davis for providing the inspirational message for the evening and for Cascade United Methodist Church for hosting this event.
